"Pros: The penthouse had everything we possibly could have needed for our stay. It was finished to a very high standard and was a ‘ home from home’. The location was perfect; only a 7 minute walk to Playa Ancha and a few minutes further to Sabinillas for plenty restaurants and bars. We took a taxi a few times into Puerto de la Duquesa which cost about 10-12 Euros ( depending on day/time) and is well worth a visit. "Everything except breakfast is what a 5 star should be. Breakfast is sit down, which is great. But range of what is on offer like the juices, the protein is limited. Gluten free bread was schar, would expect something better at these prices. Other than that, hotel is faultless. Mediterranean restaurant run by chef Alex is very good. Rooms, better than the best hotels in the world. Clientele- no loud Americans which is a surprising and pleasant break from the rest of the hotels in Europe. "
