This 2 bedrooms flat for rent in Casares Golf Gardens is located at 1 hour from the airport of Malaga, between Marbella and Gibraltar and at only 900m from the beach. You can enjoy a beautiful, bright 2-bedroom flat measuring 100 m2.offers 90m2 useful and a beautiful 50m2 terrace overlooking the Casares costa golf course. Entering into the flat, you will find a fuly and equipped kitchen with oven, micro-wave, dishwasher and washing machine. The wide living room offer a dinner table for 4 persons, two confortable sofa and a TV with internet with optical fiber. The flat offers the impression to be in Ibiza, with clear colors, wooden furnitures, two sunbeds, a chillout area, and a really nice table in the middle. It's also possible to cover the lateral of te terrace and keep shade during the summer while enjoying beautiful open views on the golf course.

The master bedroom has a good size, and you will find an en-suite bathroom, and a direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom offers a doble bed, fitted wardrobes, and an access to the terrace too. A shared bathroom and toilet is available just next to the entrance.

The residence is really well maintained, with big gardens , sunbeds available around a salty swimming pool. The garage is available by a lift which drives you directly to a private parking space.

Casares Costa Golf is a 9-hole course and has a restaurant, golf academy, gym, beauty salon and 9 holes of Footgolf. You are 250 metres from Finca Cortesin, the course on which the Solheim Cup will be played in September 2023.
