"Mala comunicación con el huésped que no responde el mail, nos manda un correo con condiciones particulares que no aparecen en la web. Nos obligan a pagarles 20€ en mano por llegar al check-in después de las 12 de la noche. Vrbo nos dieron la razón por teléfono pero no nos solucionaron el problema. "We selected this apartment due to its central location in La Latina. We were disappointed to find out that we actually were not staying in La Latina but rather in the neighborhood Imperial. We were a 20 minute walk to closest attractions. Metro station is 10 minutes away. Royal Palace is 20 minutes away the apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Check in was easy"

"The inside of the property was great, as were the hosts. Though I will say I was very surprised to find that the door to the apartment was on the street, so privacy was a bit difficult to attain. The area of the property was also a little strange, certainly different than more central Madrid, but not dangerous at all. The hosts were great and the property was well equipped."
