"Una experiencia realmente maravillosa en el Acta Pirámides de Madrid. El staff es extremadamente atento y encantador, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con un trato impecable. El desayuno es excelente, muy completo y de gran calidad. Me sorprendió gratamente recibir un servicio de nivel cinco estrellas, incluso cuando el hotel no cuenta con esa categoría oficial. Sin dudas, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente."

"The room was clean and as showed in the pictures. The breakfast was very nice. Cereal, scrambled eggs, pastries, ham, cheese, etc. the hotel is very close to the train station and only 20 minutes to Madrid city centre (Sol station). Please bear in mind that to take the “Cercanías” train is a different system than metro so you will need to have 2 different cards."
