"the stay was perfect , i wanted to cancel my stay when i saw the huge distance between downtown and the hotel on the mountain , but then lovely staff called raj and the best chef ever who made up my lovely stay with his great welcoming help and amazing food,very kind and helpfull i felt home !!! my room was comfortable and clean i would go again there even if the location is abit far "

"The photos do not do the resort justice, the place is stunning, the staff exceptionally friendly and customer focused. Plenty to do on site, nature trails for example are really worth it, lots of water based activities (snorkelling, kayaking, etc. Good selection of resturants and bars. We would come back again tomorrow. "

"A very warm welcome with cool towels and a popsicle. Rooms are stocked with 2 espresso pods each day which was appreciated. Air con in room never went below 23 degrees which was disappointing. Main pool is very nice, with plenty of cabanas, lounge beds, chairs, and an outdoor shower. Pool side service could use some work; staff does not come by to take orders. Gym is good with nicely appointed equipment. Breakfast spread is very nice but not enough bug fans to go around. "

"We had a wonderful stay—everything was spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for. Henri and his team were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car wouldn’t start on departure day, Henri personally drove us to the airport, which we truly appreciated. They even surprised me with flowers for my birthday—such a thoughtful touch. A fantastic experience all around, thank you so much!"

"The staff were without fail very friendly and helpful. Really made the stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable. One very minor thing was that the pool doesn’t open until 9am - it would have been nice to have it open earlier to allow for an early swim. But overall great hotel and would definitely recommend "
