"Very quiet and close to the sea"

"Perfect for us, we only used the downstairs, so would be plenty of room for a family as well with 2 bedrooms & extra bathroom upstairs! Equipped with everything we needed. Lovely sunny, secure garden safe for dogs. Location fantastic! Straight out of the property onto the garrigue with 360 views - beautiful!"

"The villa was very clean, very well equipped and perfect for our stay.....the pool was a great size for our group of four. The only negative was that we experienced very low water pressure during our stay which impacted the bathrooms and made showering sometimes a little challenging. The Commune of Durban is a lovely village and had a useful local Supermarket with Bakery and a really nice Bar / Restaurant ( Chez Prano). We had to travel a little distance in the evening to visit other restaurants...

"Es waren perfekte Ferien Die Wohnung war sauber perfekte Lage einzig der Ventilator auf dem Dach hat gestört aber er wurde in der Nacht ca um 22.00 bis 06.00 ausgeschaltet und wer nicht Lärmempfindlich ist wacht nicht auf davon. In der Wognung hat alles funktioniert bei der Ankunft wurde uns alles erklärt sehr freundlich und die Abgabe war auch reibungslos sehr nette Vermieter!"

The bathrooms we brilliantly clean and well presented. The location is very close to the village square. Parking is quite a way away so you need to plan offload and loading of luggage. The three storey building is not really suitable to very young children or the infirm. Overall we had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay and...

"The house was fantastic we could not fault it in anyway Katherine and her family met us when we arrived and were very welcoming if you want to plan a family holiday away that is not over run with people this is the place to stay One consideration is you are much better off having a car"

"Het huis is ruim. De bedden zijn fijn. Er zijn voldoende badkamers. Twee badkamers zijn klein, maar verder prima. De keuken is goed voorzien. De tuin is heerlijk, met genoeg mogelijkheden om te zitten en dingen te doen voor de kinderen. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar goed genoeg voor de kinderen. Enige nadeel was dat er veel muggen waren. Hierdoor konden we 's-avonds alleen buiten zitten met een lange broek en lange mouwen. Ook binnen hadden we last van muggen. Het is nodig om onder een klamboe...

"Lovely little fisherman’s hut in great location. Cafe on site great for food like pizzas and chips. Pool is amazing and slides are awesome. Kids loved them and wanted to stay longer. We hired bikes and scooters and toured a bit more locally and tried a local restaurant. Very nice. Promenade good too for a walk. Beach about 1km walk over the other side of the island. We would love to stay again next time we are passing through on our European travels. Roland is a great host and understood us...

"We had a lovely stay in this house in Capendu, enjoyed the friendly neighbours and locals - we even met the mayor! A great location to a whole host of activities and interesting places."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung besitzt einen rustikalen Charme, ist aber komfortabel. Von der großzügigen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, dennoch sind sehr viele interessante Ziele schnell zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Although this could be a beautiful house, it is not represented by the photographs. The house is in need of substantive refurbishment. I believe the photographs are many years old. The gardens are now so overgrown and a dumping ground for garden rubbish. The pool is very nice but the plants in tubs are all dead. The pool would benefit from more regular cleaning. The seating area is very nice. The chairs on the patio outside of the house are dangerous due to broken metal bases. The inside of...

"Lovely house, pictures are not completely accurate. Owner does only speak french, which didn't bother us, but just be aware. Everythin was lovely and Nadine was perfectly hospitable. I will say France sweet villas weren't as on the ball as they should be. I asked multiple times to confirm the comfort kits and we were told it was done, however, when we got there, the lovely lady told us no one had communicated this to her, she was very apologetic and helpful."
