Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. On site restaurant is a nice feature. The only thing they need to fix is the pillows. A bit to old and flat.

O hotel é muito antigo e os quartos também. Tem uma aparência de hospital com longos corredores e não tem elevadores. A área externa da piscina é muito boa e o restaurante também é ótimo. Se fizer uma renovação de estrutura e dos quartos, vai ficar muito bom, porque fica muito perto do Shopping Catuaí e do lago.

Hotel muito sujo. Ao entrarmos no quarto tinha um chicletes mastigado na mesinha ao lado da cama e pior.... uma calcinha pendurada no box ou seja não limparam pois impossível não terem visto! NÃO RECOMENDO

Só o atendimento do restaurante que deixou a desejar sentamos numa mesa pra jantar eu e um amigo demorou 30 minutos não apareceu ninguém pra atender. Em seguida chegou um cliente e sentou ao nosso lado e logo em seguida veio uma garçonete atender após isso levantamos e fomos jantar em outro local da cidade

Internet péssima, agua do chuveiro não esquentava, por mais de que dizem ter um jeito de abrir, a agua não esquentou de verdade, e isso em um dia bem frio na verdade. E fiquei no estabelecimento 4 dias, equipe muito boa, exceto dois funcionários despreparados e debochados.

Estacionamento do outro lado da rua e ruim para carros grandes (muita manobra) Funcionários atenciosos Quarto tinha um lençol com manchas. Tv a cabo com apenas 5 canais. Os piores Janela do quarto sem vedação. E traga vento pela fresta lateral. Luz do quarto logo na entrada na apagava no interruptor. Tive que afrouxar a lâmpada para apagá-la. Ausência de elevador. Fiquei no segundo andar com problemas nos dois joelhos. Não volto a me hospedar e não indico
