Beautiful Lakehouse in Kettle Cove, Sebago Lake with dock and boat access

This is a beautiful modern Lake house nestled in Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake. First time available for rental! It offers the main home with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, two family rooms and full kitchen. It also offers a guest suite with a bathroom and kitchenette with a deck and private entry. Family room offers a king size pull out therapeutic bed and guest suite offers and additional queen size pull out. Mom and Dad want your own space? Or traveling with family and need separate spaces? You’ll find it here! You'll feel comfortable and at home the moment you step in. Enjoy evenings in the game room or a movie on the wide screen tv in the great room. When it's time for bed, you'll slip into the coziest of beds. Feel free to sleep in as there are room darkening blinds for each room. Nothing here is old and dingy. The owners are always cleaning and maintaining, and keeping things new and modern. The kitchen has a smart hub/exhaust vent/range hood for watching TV, hooking up to your music app or making recipes. It also offers a commercial under counter ice maker for those times you would like to make a special beverage. Do you have a boat? Launch right off the beach and park it at the dock. Up to 24ft boat can be launched off the beach. There are many amenities nearby, including Point Sebago Golf Resort, Pleasant Mountain, Restaurants, downtown Naples causeway or Windham. Bridgton Hospital is 15 miles away, Maine Medical is 27 miles.
Oh, and did we mention this is on Sebago Lake? Tucked into a cove and protected from harsh winds, but with full access to the islands, Kettle Cove, or the big lake? This is truly an amazing spot. Lots of nature to enjoy year round. Take the available kayaks or paddle board out and enjoy a calm area of the lake with plenty to explore. Fish off the dock where you are sure to catch something! So much to enjoy here. Listing it all is impossible!

Beautiful Long Weekend Stay in Maine
The location and set up of this property is unmatched. Located at the end of a dead end road, you have a 360 degree radius to take advantage of without having to worry about neighbors. House is set up perfectly to not only take advantage of the lake, but the great front yard and private beach. Easy access to the lake in a quiet cove is ideal for taking advantage of the water when needed.

Location and house were fantastic- equipped with everything you need for a great vacation at the lake. House has perfect set up with separate suite space and plenty of sleeping options. Great hang out spaces. Very clean and comfortable with modern conveniences . Communication was great throughout the process. Looking forward to staying again!

Incredible home
The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was quiet and perfect for our trip. There were lots of games and activities to do at the house to keep adults and kids busy. Our communications with the owners were great. They were quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The most beautiful home
This home was everything and more. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The check in process was smooth, the house is BEAUTIFUL! Everything that we needed, was there. There wasn’t one thing missing. There were so many thoughtful details. The house was stocked with all the essentials, the outside was beautiful, there was axe throwing, darts, and other games. The house was cozy and welcoming. There was easy access to water, kayaks, paddle boards, and more. We truly had an amazing fulfilling vacation and would go back without question. Thank you!!!!
