The apartment is located on the third floor and has 2 bedrooms up an additional staircase. If your party has difficulty with stair, it may not be a good fit. The only issue encountered was parking. "We had a one bedroom apt here. Enjoyed the kitchen. Steps away from the train station, still very walkable to the Duomo and Uffizi. Host is really nice to wait outside the building to check us in. Although we never saw the management, they were constantly in touch through WhatsAp. No problems at all with the apartment. Beds were comfortable.
