"Not fancy but clean, spacious, and nice staff. Beds with metals frames are creaky. Area is a little noisy but convenient, many restaurants in walking distance, about 10 min walk to Pitti palace and Boboli gardens, 15 minutes to Santa Maria Novella station. "

Super comfortable beds, great shower and plenty of space, which is always very welcome when travelling. "All the staff we encountered were excellent, being most helpful on arrival as we were a little before check in and the housekeeper, Anna did everything she could to help with luggage and car arrangements as there is No parking on-site. Parking is 30 euro per day. Carolina was fabulous with her recommendations for restaurants and letting us know that the streets were closed on our departure day and helping us coordinate a plan with luggage loading with the garage.
