"Liked very much that there was a restaurant, the tapas I had on arrival were delicious and the staff were friendly and courteous. The room was quite small and didn't have the boasted balcony but was perfectly adequate for my needs. There was a fair bit of light from the street that the curtains couldn't shut out and noise both from clients downstairs in the bar until quite late and heavy lorries stopping and starting in the street in the early hours that impinged on my night's sleep. "Sleeps 9 people in beds, however 4 of those are bunk beds and one room has a bunk bed and single. There is also a couch if needed. The pool is excellent and inside facilities amble for our short stay. Because of our numbers the BBQ was a little small but we managed - everyone in our group enjoyed there stay and would both recommend to friends and stay again."

It was very hot during our stay (up to 40 one day!) but there was always a cool place in the shade in the garden or the pool or under the terrace with the roof fans. We explored Valencia and nearby attractions in the mornings (most things seemed to be around 20-30 mins drive) and spent the afternoons at the house.
