" The house was nowhere near the quality we were expecting. We arrived about 30 mins prior to check in and evidently caught the owner by surprise, Mr. Robert Chambers. He had asked us to return at 4:30pm which we did. Immediately, we acknowledged there was no pool as advertised and the property was far from manicured. "This hotel is located in a nice beach area. It is a little dated but clean and comfortable. There is a meal plan sort of cafeteria style and the food is quite good for the price beach umbrellas are available and the beach is directly in front of the hotel. One word of caution: if you are planning to visit the nearby cemetery commemorating more than 1000 fallen Canadians as well as Australians and New Zealand soldiers in the famous battle of Ortona, Be extremely cautious about your car. Do not, do NOT under ANY circumstances leave your car unattended at the cemetery.Your car will be broken into and you will be robbed."
