"Very pleasant stay. This was the second over the years. Helpful staff. Very nice room with balcony. The only inconvenience is that hotel is about 1.5 km from city centre but it is convenient for travellers having private transport (car). Taxi is typically expensive from the railway station (ranging between 23 to 30 Euro."

"We wish we could give 10 stars! This was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we have ever had across multiple trips to Europe. Not sure how we fell into this boutique gem but glad we did. Clean, well maintained, beautifully appointed, everything is modern and works as expected! The location is ideal to explore Pistoia. The train is a very easy 12 minute walk. There is a breakfast available for 12 euro. Well worth it! My wife is a 4 shots of espresso girl over ice. They didn’t flinch and...

"This was our 5th stay in this Hotel . Location is excellent . Service is also excellent. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are now tired and need some love applied . Hope the rooms get a little revamp as I really love this location and the staff who work I it . "

"Very kind and always helpful staff, particularly the lovely Mary who runs a tight ship and is an excellent cook - her breakfast cakes were delicious. Rooms are very clean, but basic, with limited TV channels, and a system that is not really air conditioning and struggled in the hot days. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathrooms whilst clean, only have the fabric sheets for towels and problematic showers. Take your ear plugs! Location is handy and walkable, and lots of local bars...
