"Was told couldn’t get late checkout but then was sent email asking for check out time where I was invited to pay $30-$60 for a late check out. Said there was a gym but 2 of the 4 machines (both treadmills) were not working and not even an “out of service” sign. Breakfast was ok. Staff varied - somebody who appeared to be a manager was very good, "

"When we checked into our room it was filthy and not cleaned after someone else checked out. The hotel was less than thrilled to offer us other accommodations since we booked third party. The gal at the front desk gave me an immediate attitude because I asked for a clean room. To be clear we walked in to two unmade beds that had been slept in, no pillows on beds, dirty wet towels on the bathroom floor and dirty sink. Band aids, baby toys and trash all over the floor. "

"i was worried after reading some of the poor reviews on here and other sites, but our five night stay was actually very lovely. the room was decently clean and had a full kitchenette (including dishware, a dishwasher, coffee pot, and a full fridge and freezer) and a large desk for working space. the complimentary coffee in by the lobby area was very convenient. the staff was helpful, our keycard demagnetized twice (likely due to being in a bag next to my electronics) and they replaced it for us with no issue. overall for the price it was an excellent stay"

"Hotel is a budget property and in need of some cosmetic repairs. However the rooms and public areas were very clean. Breakfast was very good. The staff went above and beyond for us :)"
