"If you’re looking for a hostel type vibe with private rooms this is a really great option. Not a quiet place, hostel bar is open 24-7 so if it’s your vibe get after it. Not a huge fan of every amenity being an additional fee when on the booking site it’s written as if they are included. Just write ‘for a fee’ like the rest of the hotels in the area. Laundry 8 euros, bag storage 7 euros, etc."

I asked him to an extension and he told me that the hostel was full At the same time I looked in the internet and the same hostel had like 5 places available. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus.
