"Matera is an incredible city and this was the perfect place to stay! We found Le Luminarie Sassi to be perfectly appointed in every way. There were plenty of amenities: lovely coffee and teas as well as beverages, snacks, breakfast goodies and complimentary wine from our kind and helpful host, Lorella. The bed was comfortable, kitchen items and appliances for all needs, and shower was beautiful as pictured. The location has an incredible view and is close to everything within walking distance....

Claudia was incredibly helpful communicating with us on how to get to the apartment, parking, suggestions of places to visit and any help we needed. The studio is adorable and has everything you need. The location is enchanting, in the middle of old town Bari right by a small square with amazing food. Wonderful experience!"

"Vincenzo was a great host. He met us at the door to let us in and even had some fresh focaccia waiting for us. The apartment did have another room which was not something I was aware of (vrbo is meant to be entire houses) but thankfully no one was staying in the room. The place was clean and easily accessible by transit. "
