"Easy checkin, good communication to collect the keys and allowed us to leave our luggage on check out which was great as we had a late train. Well appointed, large apartment with lift. Great location, close to Como S Giovanni train station and easy access of the lake, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend and would definitely use again on my next trip to Como. "

"Spectacular lakefront views with large balcony (Patria) apt. W full kitchen, large bathroom and roomy bedroom with adequate queen mattress. Sabrina had it nicely prepared for our arrival though she was unable to welcome us as we arrived after 2:30 pm. She left details requested regarding walkable restaurants and ferry transportation which was very helpful.
