"Rooms were filthy and not clean. Food was not worth mentioning. Worst of all though was the owner demanded we payed for the stay again. Told us he we hadn't payed - although we did it through Hotels.com. I would not recommend this to anyone"

"The staff is fantastic. The food for breakfast and in the Dining room is exceptional. A great property that is walking distance to Brescia Castle, the Roman ruins and all the plazas with great dining choices. Loved our stay. "

"The Hotel was really clean and the staff was helpful and professional. It was a bit of a distance from the old town but walkable. As it was a bit of a distance, it would have been nice to have a dining option in the hotel. However, with the assistance of a very helpful front desk staff, we were able to order a pizza for supper with no problems."
