No televisione,ma Wi-Fi presente Giardino recintato benissimo (quindi cani piccoli sicuri) Posizione: posto tranquillo e comodo x visitare Fano( mare) e località interesse culturali, come Urbino, San Marino... "Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist rustikal aber sehr gepflegt. Super Lage. Leider musste zwei mal der Techniker kommen weil die Elektrik nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist."

"A beautiful house with several rooms on 2 floors for the whole family. Parking right in front of the front door, the house itself is easily accessible via the adjacent street, the entrance through its own gate with remote control. In the surrounding area in neighboring towns, many shops can be reached quickly by car, the nearest beach was only about 1 km away. All in all, this is a nice house with a large garden, far enough away from noisy streets."

"Das Haus liegt ziemlich abseits des Ortes aber mit dem Auto trotzdem gut erreichbar. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist eine willkommene Erfrischung und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns bei Sonia und Pietro sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage haben wir die Marken erkunden können und viel erlebt. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub"

"Selten einen so tollen Urlaub gehabt!! Die Eigentümer des Ferienhauses waren super nett!! Sie waren da, wenn wir sie brauchten und haben uns absolut trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, obwohl man ja auf dem selben Grundstück ist und die Häuser nur 20 Meter auseinander stehen. Tolles Ferienhauses, tolle Gastgeber, klasse Umgebung,... Alles prima!!! .. Gerne wieder :)"

"It's more than a room, it's your own apartment. It's a studio apartment without a kitchen. There are two beds, one queen and one single and a nice terrace that fits 3/4 people. We were pleasantly surprised. The location is PERFECT! You are within walking distance to both the historic center with dozens of restaurants and the beach! This place is a no brainer, location, super nice hosts and immaculately clean."

Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig und der etwas höhere Mietpreis ist durchaus berechtigt. Empfehlenswert für Leute mit Stilempfinden und dem Wunsch, im Urlaub nur wenig Kompromisse eingehen zu wollen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter."

Il casolare é conforme alla descrizione, per chi cerca una vacanza nella natura e nella quiete. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amy's villa. It was very clean, well-equipped and very comfortable (the villa is very spacious and the rooms cool, even at night ). The pool was very clean and also cleaned during our stay. We had a great welcome. There are fantastic views across the valley to the mountains - we were treated to a pair of eagles every day and encountered a beautiful stag on one of our night time drives back to the villa. "We’ve just had a lovely 2 weeks at this villa - we were a group of 7 and it felt spacious with room to spare. Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. The information pack in the villa contained lots of helpful information and ideas for day trips etc. The villa was clean and well equipped - the pool table was a big hit!! There were also lots of board games, DVDs and books, although we spent most of our time outside enjoying the...
