Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "Location for attractions around Lake Garda and access to places around Verona was excellent. Property was clean, spacious, and had everything you needed. Pool was brilliant. Massimo made you welcome and was on hand for anything you needed. All in all, a great stay in a great place."

"Everything was quite fine, the apartment , the silence of the surround, the comfortable parking, cleanlines. The shower "tools" was partially broken and the shower cabin itself something "dark" (lighting just in the middle of the bathroom). Breakfast was too much "simple" and made of "industrial"/"supermarket" products. The TV set was too small (and away) from the bed (in bedroom room) "
