"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

Værten Alessandro var meget hjælpsom og let at komme i kontakt med. Han svarede utrolig hurtigt og imødekommende på alle henvendelser, hvilket gav en tryghed under opholdet.Desværre blev vi nødt til at forkorte vores ophold, da lejligheden simpelthen var for varm og uden aircondition eller anden form for nedkøling.
