The 45 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, as well as children's books and toys. This holiday home also has a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.

    Welcome to our farm, an idyllic retreat surrounded by orchards, far from the road—the perfect oasis for relaxation and enjoying nature. Spend carefree days in our cozy holiday apartments, set in a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. The center of Tschars is just one kilometer away, and public transport is only 200 meters from the property. The “Via Claudia Augusta” cycle path passes right by our farm.



    Behind the house, you’ll find a large playground and a barbecue area for sociable evenings. Our free-range chickens and quails live in a spacious enclosure surrounded by orchards.



    In spring, summer, and autumn, a generous seating area in front of the house invites you to relax. In winter, our lounge is at your disposal.
