"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. "The Internet connection was very poor even after I asked the front desk to do something about it. They chose not to. They had no screens on the windows so mosquitoes were in my room constantly. The location was not convenient. It was about a good 20 minute walk outside the downtown. I would never stay at this hotel. They couldn’t even deliver on a taxi which was scheduled ahead of time and it turned out. It was 25 minutes late."
