"We really enjoy our time in Ortisei! The listing was exactly as advertised. We even had a small issue and needed to extend the checkout time, which the hosts were gracious enough to extend us to allow for later departure! We did have to buy laundry detergent for the washer and ran low on toilet paper, but everything else was fully stocked, including the kitchen! Would love to be able to come back again and experience a winter in this magical town! "

"Beautiful location with mountains views. Located with easy distance for numerous Dolomite’s Superski areas. The staff was marvelous, caring, generous and the breakfast exceptional! We dined in the restaurant 4 evenings food /drinks were superb! The apartment was clean with a beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds and nice kitchenette-had everything we needed. We will be rebooking this again next year!"

"Overall, we had a positive experience. Guido is incredibly nice, welcoming, and thoughtful. He allowed us to use his second home in the mountains so that we could park and ski from that location. "The room was cleaned well daily and even replenished our tea. The reception staff, both girls, were amazing and so helpful and cheerful. We loved Sobi and Milo in the restaurant at our breakfast and dinners. I will recommend the hotel to others. It is also well located to three major lifts and the pedestrian zone for all the restaurants, shops, and gelato, as well as the free public cold water fountain to fill bottles."
