"We loved our Getthekey Batisti! The apartment was close to the Piazza Maggiore and the center of town. We walked everywhere. The apartment was very comfortable for two couples. Mattia was very helpful with a few little issues and always responded to my messages. She even arranged a driver to the airport for us when we asked about taxis. I highly recommend staying here!!"

"As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. "Great communication by owner up until arrival. Once issues were idetfied and arose it became sporradic and no one showed up to take care of the issues. Apartment was not cleaned for what seems like weeks prior our arrival. Really filthy. Once escalated we had to stay behind and deal with cleaning staff ourselves rather than owner. Couch/bed was broken upon arrival and never fixed. So listed three beds were never actually available."
