"The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. "Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Walter der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt und das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt. Ein kleines Manko gibt es allerdings, die Stühle und die Bank im Esszimmer sind etwas schmal und unbequem, allerdings ist dies jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. "

"I stayed here with my family and we all loved it. Kids were so entertained and didn't want to leave. The villa is amazing and has everything you need. Alessio was so helpful and responsive and he came one night with his mum and made us pizza's which was great. Poppi is a lovely small town and we had cars and there a lots of small places nearby to visit. Would 100% recommend staying here "

"Emilia's home is a wonderful cozy farm house. Emilia met us on arrival with bruschetta, sandwich squares, snacks and a bottle of wine. She was on site daily feeding the cats and available to respond to questions. The views from the house were spectacular. You look over the vineyard into the Tuscan hillsides. Mid week there was a fruit torte on the table as a surprise. It was fantastic. Emilia is fully of warm hospitality. Our family would definitely come back again and will also recommend her...
