Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere vierköpfige Familie und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool mit tollem Blick über die Berge auf das Meer war das Highlight! Was man jedoch beachten sollte, das Haus ist hellhörig. Wer empfindlich ist, hat besser Oropax zum Schlafen dabei. Auch leben einige Tiere auf dem Anwesen - freundliche Hunde,...

"Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa villetta vicino a Formia dotata di tutto il necessario e di una bella terrazza con vista golfo dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. È in una posizione strategica per vedere quanto di bello offre il Lazio e la vicina Campania. Noi siamo andati anche alla reggia di Caserta e a Pompei ed Ercolano. Ci ha accolto Anna che è stata carinissima ,molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Soggiorno bellissimo,casa veramente ok, ... Da ripetere. Sonia"

"Beautiful property. Great location to what we wanted to do"

"The property was located a little far from the town and the beaches, but all in all, we think that was a treat..very quite and nice view . It felt safe and because up on a hill, late at night with the windows open we could sleep well with a nice gentle breeze... Only thing is we didn't manage to get the air conditioning going, supposing it might need a bit of fixing .. On spite of that the place was nice, felt safe and very clean ... We could probably go back next summer, hoping for the air...

"The place itself is outstanding and an amazing location and spectacular view. However several issues that are maybe related to being used off-season. Heating system was not working (but a couple space heaters brought to us). Advertised as WiFi but only by mobile cell coverage and most of the time zero bars, concerning in case of an emergency, as no way to call out. Dishwasher and other minor issues, perhaps from lesser use in off season. Managers of the property very responsive at least."

"Lovely place! Very welcoming, friendly hosts. Comfortable beds and extremely kid friendly with lots of toys etc. They thought of everything. We only stayed one night as a quick stop over but wish we were able to stay longer. We will be back!"

"Douche du RDC pleine de moisi. Pas d'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours. Peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine. Canapé en très mauvais état. Jacuzzi non fonctionnel dans une pièce insalubre. Piscine mal entretenue (on nous a promis un intervenant que l'on a jamais vu!). Impossible d'avoir le détail réel de notre consommation électrique (panneaux photovoltaïque? situés où?).1 matelas à l'étage à revoir. "

"Gaeta is an absolute treat to stay in - full of deloghtsto explore, medieval streets to wonder through and restaurants to relax in. The apartment is right in the thick of it, giving ready access at a minutes walk. Proximity to Il Pinguino should not be underestimated!"

"The facility had everything you would need for an extended stay including washing machine, toaster, pans and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, etc. There were plenty of rooms on a couple floors. The hardest part was getting checked in and finding the building while speaking English and being from out of country. If you speak Italian and have phone service in Italy, you should be fine. Otherwise, plan a little extra time to get checked in. You park outside the little medieval...

"Casa Vacanza Malvarosa ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, anzi più bello e confortevole! Perfetto per chi cerca un posto tranquillo, nel silenzio e nella natura e strategico per visitare sia la costa che l'entroterra. In casa abbiamo trovato ogni confort. Non manca davvero nulla.
