"Our room was quiet despite being super close to the Uffizi Gallery and lots of restaurants. We had a patio that opened to the interior of the building which was nice. Staff were not there all the time but super communicative with instructions. The room was small (European) but had all the amenities. So if you see "second floor" its actually 3. Totally fine for us but maybe not great if you have tons of luggage or are elderly. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all with the lodging. "
