"Giovanni and his crew were everything we could have wanted and more. This place was incredible. We stayed here and had our wedding here and it was one of the best trips. Everything was very clean and organized. We loved everything about this place. We will definitely be back."

"Had a wonderful stay at this well-equipped home away from home. It was cool to stay in a castle! Iacopo took great care of us - helping us with things we needed before we even go there. The place is close to many good restaurants and we drove to Chianti and Siena for a quick visit. The pool was a bonus especially sine we were there in August. I can imagine how wonderful this would be as a wedding or anniversary venue. "

"We enjoyed this quirky (lots of steps) but delightful rental. All the bedrooms with ensuite baths ensured privacy for everyone. The small kitchen was very well outfitted and we enjoyed cooking dinners there with wonderful indoor and outdoor eating options. The pool was refreshing with lovely views. The managers were attentive to our every need and very friendly and accessible. I would definitely come again!"

"We loved our very private three bedroom + three bath, two story apartment in this historic castle. It is spacious, beautifully furnished. And it has its own tower. The patio with arbor and view was a great place to dine. Staying here was a highlight of our trip. A good base from which to make day trips (Siena, Florence, Montepulciano). We were made to feel welcome."

"Ok, it's not exactly medieval living... It's better! The Medieval family who built the castle that once was attached to this tower didn't have indoor plumbing. This gem has all the modern conveniences (including indoor plumbing, a kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, heating and air conditioning) while being tucked away in a quaint little commune (Pratovecchio-Stia). "We enjoyed staying here! Our bungalow was spacious, clean, and air-conditioned. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early. We didn’t have toilet paper but staff easily supported us with this mistake. WiFi reached our bungalow but on occasion we lost connection. This place was environmentally friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and pool. We liked that there was a market and restaurant on site. I recommend that you have a car. "
