"Staff very helpful and friendly. Walkable to train/bus, restaurants and grocery store. Hallway of 9th floor grungy. Room we stayed appeared to have a ceiling leak at some point otherwise no issues with room amenities. Beware of shady areas and pick pocketers in surrounding neighborhood."

"Nice modern room and great buffet breakfast & pool. Shuttle to Venice was very convenient as taxis are expensive & no public transport available Our air con was not very effective unfortunately and communication with front desk to book a shuttle before arrival was non existent"

"Nice rooms. Located very close to the Trian station and why I booked this location. However, the location of the hotel is in a run down area of the city. Lots of homeless. Dirty streets. Didn't feel too safe at night walking around. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that was fantastic. I would book the location again due to the location right across from the train station. We took that to Venice island and to Florence. Parking is a block away and wasn't really guarded. Be careful walking from that location at night."
