Une vue superbe sur la Méditerranée, un emplacement idéal entre mer et criques à 15 minutes de marche et des propriétaires sympathiques. Attention, petit bémol, l’annonce indique piscine mais elle n’est pas comprise dans la location !

Appartement fonctionnel bien situé à environ 700 m de la plage , 12mm a pied . Pour des marcheurs moyens pas besoin de la voiture pour aller dans le centre de platja d 'Aro .(nombreux restos ) ville très animée. Propriétaires très accessibles et d'une grande gentillesse

Goede locatie, op wandelsafstand van strand, winkels, restaurant en mainstreet van Platja; en toch afgelegen van de zomerherrie. matrassen van de kinderkamer zijn wel wat oud en niet geschikt voor volwassenen. Er is geen zwembad!

Appartement superbe,terrasse avec vu sur mer tres agreable nous avons passez notre sejour uniquement sur celle ci. Très très propre et prestation interieur au top,lave linge,four,mico onde ,wifi .....manque juste la clim ( il y un ventilo portatif mais c est un peu juste en juillet 28° la nuit) .500m de la plage ,attention ça grimpe pour le retour et 50m de la piscine privative.Seul inconvenient la route qui passe au bord de l appartement et qui mene aux habitations plus haut...fenetre ouverte le bruit des voitures est important le soir et tres tot le matin ,mais par contre vous etes suffisamment loin du centre de la platja d aro pour ne pas subir les fetes nocturnes . LEs proprietaires sont super sympa ...ne parle bien le français mais avec un bon traducteur google c est nickel. RApport qualité prix prestation a la hauteur . Sejour fait en famille 2 adultes et 3 ados superbes vacances

Sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Grosser, schattiger Balkon. Strand,Pool und Zentrum sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wohnung ist sauber und excellent eingerichtet. Es herrscht immer eine angenehme Meerbrise. Wohnung ist mit dem nahen Autobahnanschluss strategisch sehr günstig gelegen um die weitere Umgebung auszukundschaften. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Verkehrslärm wegen der nahen Strasse, welche zu den höhergelegenen Wohnquartieren führt. Wenn die Schlafzimmerfenster geschlossen sind, hört man das aber nicht und die Schlafzimmer bleiben bei geöffneten Türen trotzdem angenehm kühl. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht und sind rundum zufrieden.
