"Everything was soectacular! We never expected to need to contact the property manager, but when the coffee msker wasnt working, they were tgere within 10 minutes with another one! Outside of that minor detail (with anazing response time), tge place was perfect! Its about 20 minutes outside of Fredriksburg, but thats what i wanted and the beautiful ranch, extra touches within the space and the countless deer that passed by made for a perfect weekend"

"We prefer privacy and quiet, and don't mind driving into town for a meal or shopping. This little 1 bedroom place is great. It has everything you need, is recently remodeled, updated fixtures and new appliances, comfortable living spaces, nicely decorated. Wifi works great, so does the hot tub. We enjoyed our romantic getaway here. There were a couple maintenance issues that arose, but Cozi the management company, was always fast to respond and fix the issues, and was always available to answer...
