Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 6 m, depth 120 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, sandy beach "Castellammare del Golfo" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Segesta Parco Archeologico 10 km, Trapani/Porto Aliscafi per Isole Egadi 40 km, Erice 41 km, San Vito lo Capo 48 km, Marsala-Salina 51 km, Palermo 65 km. Heating available only from 01.12. to 31.03. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Panoramic view of the sea and the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (3 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. The whole property, including the swimming pool, is for exclusive use. There are two full kitchens in the house.
