"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Taverna. It was absolutely beautiful, quiet and the location on the water was ideal. It was better then the photos that we saw when booking. The elegance of the grounds and the villa were truly special. We felt like we were the only ones there! Velda was very kind to us and made sure we were comfortable, etc. We truly had a memorable stay here!"

"The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa"

"Schönes, stilvolles Haus - aber leider nicht gut erhalten (bspw Toilettenspülung teils defekt, Klopapierhalter fiel ab). Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“)."

"We traveled with friends to adventure in Como and go to the Formula 1 race. The location was perfect. It was tucked away and the hosts were very kind and accommodating. The property was beautiful. We found ourselves wanting to just hang out there instead of running around. We would definitely stay there again."

"The property has beautiful views and balconies. The property manager is fantastic and very responsive. We traveled with a group of 6 adults who all found access to the property difficult by car with very narrow, steep one lane roads with two way traffic leading to challenging vehicle access for anyone other than the locals. "I put this view from the Villa in the top three most beautiful experiences my eyes have ever taken in anywhere in the world. I could sit on the pool deck forever. The Villa it self is everything anyone could ask for in a home. It is new, has everything, is a 15 minute walk (5 min drive) down the hill to the supermarket. I cannot imagine anyone staying here and saying that it wasn't perfect. It will make you think about moving to Chernobbio. "

"Room 226 has great views over central station. Room size was spacious with all the amenities of chargeable mini bar, slippers, shoe shine etc. very comfortable big bed. Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, shower cap, vanity pack. There was also plenty of towels too. Rain fall shower head needs changing and it’s very hard and difficult to open the tap for the shower. It was very stiff and had no grip. Shame during our stay the main restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast was good with variety but no vegetarian or halal sausages. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family."
