Towels were not changed regularly Bed sheets were not changed during the whole stay (1 week) Found hair inside the bed upon arrival Reception were not reachable most of the time Staff don’t speak English, difficult to communicate Light in the bathroom was burnt The hairdryer was not working Remote control was out of battery Shower water was spread in the corridor and living room Internet connection was very poor Kitchen supplies were dirty"

"Beautiful apartment right in the center of Barcelona, walking distance to everything. Host was wonderful, very welcoming and great communication . Check in check out seamless . Apartment was really clean and had all necessary equipments to make the stay more comfortable. The only thing which I guess is everywhere you stay in Barcelona is a bit of unpleasant smell . But once you are inside the apartment for a while it kinda goes away and don’t smell it . I would book this listing again and...
