No rationale and no apology provided. This was problematic as we were not able to get dinner or groceries – restaurants opened in town at 7 pm. "We loved the area and the beautiful view from the balcony and pool. Spending time outside was nice. We had a great time here."

"Overall the house is lovely. We had an issue with ants in the bedrooms which saw us all sleep downstairs on our second night on sofas. But we were out most of the time. Was too late when we discovered the ants to call the owner. We also had an issue with them answering the phone. We had to call for an hour before someone picked up to let us into the villa.
