Staff is always nice, bathrooms clean, in our case bed was noisy, room floor didn't feel clean, room paint was odd and it looked like serious smoke damage was painted over, or possible serious water damage that turned into mold and then painted over. "Beautiful grounds and pool. Amazing views! Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the wireless internet connection waa terrible, which meant the TV would not load channels and I was unable to work remotely. I told thw front desk but nothing was done. Also, their restaurants require reservations and by the time we checked in there were no reservatioms left at the main restaurant. Also note that no food from outside the hotel is allowed."
