Casetta Erika is a delightful holiday home set in a peaceful, private location in the heart of Chianti. Surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden full of flowers and greenery, and featuring its own private pool, this single-storey villa is perfect for a family or a group of friends looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.



The house offers lovely views over the surrounding vineyards and rolling Chianti hills. Despite the tranquil setting, Casetta Erika is well positioned for exploring the region. Renowned wineries and historic castles are just a short drive away, and the art cities of Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and Arezzo are all easily reachable for day trips. The charming town of Castellina in Chianti is just 15 minutes away by car and offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also home to the much-loved Gelateria di Castellina, known for serving some of the best gelato in the area.



Casetta Erika stands alone, offering complete privacy and a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by vineyards.
