Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Lage

Auf den Weg zum Haus muss man vorbereitet sein. Er ist auf den letzten 2 km nicht asphaltiert und teilweise sehr holprig. Wenn Ruhe gesucht wird und man hauptsächlich am Haus bleibt (schöner Pool vorhanden), ist es ideal. Wir wollten touren u. die schönen, alten Städte wie Siena, Sam Gim., Voltera u. Florenz sehen. Dafür war der tägliche Holperweg etwas nervig. Ansonsten gute Ausstattung, schönes Interieur, gutes WLan, guter Fernseher. Aber: Heizen kostet extra, war im Oktober nötig u. Waschmaschinenbenutzung 5€. Sollte vorher angekündigt werden.

Perfektes Apartment für einen entspannten Aufenthalt im Chianti

Traumhaftes, idyllisch gelegenes und gepflegtes Anwesen mit Blick über das Chianti und fernab von Straßenverkehr und Massentourismus. Toller Infinity-Pool mit direktem Ausblick auf Siena. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Privatsphäre. Eigene BBQ-Stelle, um ein ordentliches Bistecca Fiorentina auf den Grill zu werfen. Anfahrt über die 2km Schotterstrecke ist problemlos.

Ein Traum!

Die Lage ist traumhaft mit einem faszinierenden Blick auf Siena. Die Anlage selbst ist paradiesisch angelegt. Da in diesem Objekt nur 3 Wohnungen angeboten werden empfiehlt es sich es als größere Gruppe zu mieten - so gehört dieser kleine Garten Eden einem allein... Kleiner Abzug für die zusammengestückelten und minimalistischen Geschirruntensilien. Außerdem sind die Betten sehr unbequem. Das passt nicht so recht zu der sonst so liebevoll restaurierten Anlage. Aber- wie gesagt- nur ein kleiner Abzug, sonst wären es 5 Punkte.

Idyllisch im Chianti

Sehr schön hergerichtetes altes Anwesen, alles nötige vorhanden, inkl. WiFi, toller Blick über die Hügel des Chiantigebietes. Ca. 20min Entfernung nach Siena. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Letzte 2 Kilometer Anfahrt über unasphaltierte Straße/Forstweg. Waren zum zweiten Mal da. Gerne wieder.

Das schöne Steinhaus ist sehr schön ,mit phantastischem Ausblick auf Siena. Innen ist es geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ebenso fehlt es an der Einrichtung an fast nichts. Für ein Weinanbaugebiet sollte aber ein Korkenzieher vorhanden sein. Der nächst gelegene Ort Castellina bietet Samstags einen Markt, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist nett zum Ausgehen wie für Restaurants. Touren nach Siena , Florenz , Pisa können von hier aus gut unternommen werden. Ein herrlich erfrischender großer Pool wartet zum reinspringen und schwimmen. Renate und Ralf

Sehr schöne Anlage, traumhafter Ausblick, optimal für Tagesreisen, Castellina ist ein süßer Ort, Vermieter sehr nett, Einziger Nachteil die Betten, aber das sieht jeder anders, die Dusche könnte ein wenig größer sein, Anfahrt zum Objekt über eine Schotterstraße, somit etwas beschwerlich, aber dafür total idylisch

Région superbe, propriété exceptionnelle

L'arrivée à la propriété paraît choatique (1.7 kms sur un terrain non goudronné) mais passée cette étape......la propriété est superbe. Federico et Biaggio (très disponibles) entretiennent ce lieu quotidiennement. Notre logement (Biaggio) est une merveille des demeures toscanes. Cette propriété rassemble le calme et la beauté. Après une journée à découvrir cette merveilleuse région vous pourrez vous baignez dans une superbe piscine avec une vue imprenable............le kiffe total !!!!

Oase mit Traumblick

Abgesehen von den Betten, die ziemlich ungemütlich waren, war unser Aufenthalt hier traumhaft schön. Das Haus mit drei Wohneinheiten liegt fast ganz oben auf einem Hügel und man kann bis Siena schauen. Dadurch, dass die drei Appartements getrennte Terrassen haben, fühlt man sich in seiner Privatsphäre kaum gestört. Der Endless-Pool ist ein Traum aus Lavendel und überall auf dem Grundstück wachsen Kräuter, wie Salbei, Thymian, etc. die man zum Würzen der Speisen verwenden kann. Der Vermieter ist jeden Morgen vor Ort und entsprechend gepflegt ist die Anlage. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder!

Castellina in Chianti

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Lovely pool overlooking the landscape from a hilltop. Could see Siena on a clear day. Only complaint was that the weather was unseasonably cool for that time of year in May. Owner told us that he would charge us if we turned the heat on, and that heating is very expensive. We didn't use the heat, and a couple of us did catch cold. Other than that we were fine. Owner gave us a fine bottle of Chianti wine when we checked in.

Fantastic location, authentic house

I like the place a lot! It is not far from town but is very isolated. Etruscan Necropolis is in a backyard! The inside of the appartment is very nice. There are all necessry staff in the kitchen. And you can have a real fire in the chimney. It was a bit cool over night as we visited in the end of October. And hot water was not very hot.

Naturerlebnis Toskana in traumhaftem Garten mit großartigem Ausblick

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem Haus mit insgesamt 3 Ferienwohnungen in einem traumhaft schönen und sehr gepflegten Garten mit einem sehr schönen Pool - alles mit einzigartiger Aussicht über die Traumkulisse von Siena und seinem hügelichen Umland. Poggino liegt mitten im Wald, in der Nähe eines Etruskergrabs und bietet Ruhesuchenden und Naturfreunden Naturerlebnis pur. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage in der Nähe des schönen Örtchens Castellina in Chianti in der gleichnamigen Weinbauregion bietet es aber auch Wein- und Wildfreunden herrliche Möglichkeiten der Urlaubsgestaltung. Die Lage auf halber Strecke zwischen Florenz und Siena macht Poggino zudem auch zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für Städtetouren von der Mittelmeerküste bis in die Weinbauregionen der Toskana und - wenn man will - auch bis zum Naturschutzgebiet Maremma im Süden der Toskana. Das Haus ist einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtet, Gasherd, Backofen und inzwischen auch eine Geschirrspülmaschine sind vorhanden. Für ambitionierte Kochprojekte fehlt es noch hier und da an Equipment, aber Frederico ist sehr um seine Gäste bemüht und sorgt für gute Stimmung und zufriedene BesucherInnen. Wir waren das zweite Mal auf Poggino im kleinsten Appartement "Stella" und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht zuletzt der Ausblick aus dem Wohnraumfenster über die Türme von Siena sowie die bunte Pracht der Blüten im Garten ist unvergesslich.

Stupenda ma non adatta ai mesi freddi

Casa bellissima,posto bellissimo,l'unica pecca sono gli spifferi di aria fredda e di conseguenza è difficile riscaldare la casa.Noi siamo andati a Novembre e sconsiglio i mesi invernali,d'estate deve essere stupendo.

"C''est par une route étroite et un chemin cahotique que nous découvrons Il Pogino. Nous venons d''y passer 2 semaines inoubliables. Superbe location dans une maison merveilleusement restaurée. Nous demeurions à l''étage, dans l''appartement Biaggio, très fonctionnel, propre et confortable. Aucun bruit si ce n''est le chant des oiseaux et des grillons. Les propriétaires, Biaggio, Stella et Fédérico sont très gentils, discrets, et serviables. Merci encore à Biaggio pour nous avoir permis de goûter le vin de sa production ! C''est un lieu à retenir sans hésitation, avec "cerise sur le gâteau" la superbe piscine et sa vue imprenable sur Sienne et le Chianti. "Dans un coin du paradis ...

"Dans un coin du paradis qui s''appelle Chianti il y a une gîte avec le nom ''Il Poggino''. Même si la route est simple, ne vous inquietez pas: le gîte vous attend et c''est splendide. Une excellente place pour se reposer: grande appartement (Biaggio), bien nettoyé, bons lits (pour des grandes personnes), cuisine bien equipée, deux salles de bain (idéal pour quatre personnes), tres tranquille (on entend rien des voisins dans le même maison), beaucoup de privacy, une vue panoramique sur la vallée (Siena!), piscine et un tres beau jardin. Le propriétaire parle tres bien francais, donne beaucoup des renseignements sur la région et peut aider pour trouver des choses interessantes dans la région. Castillina est une village tres agréable, sur 5 km., avec quelques bonnes restaurants (Il Torre, pizzeria) et vinicotèques. Nous reviendrons absolument!"

"Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement superbement bien décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien situé pour visiter la campagne toscane, Florence et Sienne. De la piscine on a une très belle vue sur Sienne. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et discrets et Frederico qui parle français nous a bien renseigné sur la région. Tout était parfait et c''est une location à prendre sans aucune hésitation. Félicitations aux propriétaires ! "

"Très belle propriété au bout d''un chemin en pierre : calme et tranquillité absolu. Le jardin est bien entretenu. Vue sur Sienne les pieds dans l''eau au bord de la piscine !! L''appartement était bien équipé, confortable et spacieux. Federico et Kaoutar nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et était à notre disposition en cas de besoin. Nous sommes partis avec un petit pincement au cœur tellement nous nous y sentions bien."
