Castello di Fonterutoli Wine Resort
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (146)
"While in Italy, we were last to be able to go to 6 vineyards. This was the most state of the art winery that we visited. That being said, having a great tour, the wine tasting and pairing was mediocre. It only served with crackers and bread, and the wine was in our opinion, just OK. "

"Wonderful Property very convenient to all of our favorite Chianti villages and restaurants. Very quiet, not even a distant dog barking at night. Minor issue with hot water but this was quickly addressed by the manager. We look forward to visiting again in 2025. unusual for the Chi"

Tenuta Di Ricavo
4.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (96)
"We stayed in one of the larger rooms that had a beautiful view out to the entrance road and out to the hills. Love the old world charm of the room and the property. It used to be a small village originally. Bed was comfortable. Shower was a claw foot tub with curtain. Only minor issue is we could hear guests outside in the courtyard when they were coming and going from the property when our window was open. This is only noticeable because of how quiet it is out in Tuscany. Easy access out...

Agriturismo Il Villino
7.4 out of 10, Good, (6)
"We had no idea of what this property would really be like -- there are two apartments in a beautiful old stone building over a winery! The property is lovely, but the host, whom we only saw once, and others around, speak NO English, so it made a few communication necessities difficult. The apartments have full kitchens, if you can figure out how to work the appliances....great beds, but very small bathrooms. It is a good deal for the price -- perhaps instructions for working appliances could be...
