The location is excellent, on a quiet side street only a minute from the waterfront road where we were able to leave our car. It was also close to shops and about a 15 min walk to the old town where most of the restaurants are. We tried Sfizi & Delizie and loved the food and the entertaining owner.

"Parking was ample. Pool is beautiful with shallow and deeper parts and olive trees planted in the middle. Lounge chairs were easily available in September - not the most comfortable, but they were available which is different than many resorts. The property is filled with gorgeous plants, flowers and fruit trees everywhere. Really magical! The staff is low key but very friendly. The front desk staff were fabulous to have for advice on the area, taxi reservations, dinner help and selling us bus...

"The hotel is modern and the staff are very accommodating. It’s also right next to the beach.
If you are going out of season be aware lots of things are closed, especially the restaurants. They only open two days a week out of season. Don’t let this put you off though. It’s a beautiful location. We used it as a stop of between Napoli and Rome."

"I don’t know where to begin, with the beautiful scenery overlooking the apartment or the incredible service provided by our host Valerio. Truly no words can explain how incredibly kind, helpful and joyful he is: truly the best host I have ever encountered! He was ready to help us at any moment whether it was through touristic advice or home related questions, truly a dream! In terms of the accommodation it is furnished with everything you could possibly need: washer dryer, pans, oven, hob, toiletries, and even water! The apartment is situated higher up in the city providing the most stunning view of the sea and the old town of Gaeta. The area is very lively with many restaurants, bars, artigianal ice cream shops. The main bus station is a 5 minute walk, very well connected to main attractions and only 10 minutes from the beautiful Serapo beach. Furthermore if you fancy a beautiful walk, the beach is only a half hour away! Honestly could not recommend this stay enough, thank you so much Valerio!! "
"Gaeta is a restaurant, activity and historical hub and this bed-and-breakfast is ideally located right in center of old city. The owner and her daughter were wonderful hosts, very attentive and provided pretty much everything one could ask for. We love them! Highly recommend! "
