"The apartment was very nice, it provided all the necessary amenities. It was always quiet and relaxing. Conveniently located near City Center in Varese, restaurants, shops, and sight seeing was often within walking distance. The host had the place well organized and was available to assist with any problems that arose. Myself and my two adult children really enjoyed our stay. Although we didn’t speak Italian, the local people really helped us get by. "

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. "Pros: Alles genau wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung ist so, wie man sie auch zuhause hat - es fehlt so gut wie nichts. Ob Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine usw. - großer Kühlschrank und 3 Gefrierschubladen.
Die Terrasse nach vorne hat eine enorme Größe.
W-Lan funktioniert prima, Satellitenempfang auch. Sehr bequeme Betten.
Die Lage zum See und zum Ort sind auch prima.
DIe Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer ist sehr unkompliziert, zuvorkommend, freundlich, ja fast freundschaftlich....
