For rent this superb house located on the Empuriabrava marina, the largest in Europe with 27 km of canals.
With a surface area of 125 m2, it has 2 floors.
On the ground floor a large living room opening onto a fully equipped American kitchen and on the 1st floor 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a master suite with its private bathroom.
This house is air-conditioned, wifi connection is included.
Outside you will enjoy a large covered terrace and a swimming pool with its outdoor shower.
You also have direct access to the 10 m mooring in front of the house to park your boat.
This house is ideally located in the centre of Empuriabrava,
supermarket 500 m, sandy beach 1000 m, marina 1000 m,
You can practice different water sports such as sailing, surfing, kite surfing, scuba diving.
The skydiving centre as well as the wind tunnel and wave pool are also nearby.
