Empuriabrava, spacious, tastefully renovated and very modern house with beautiful views to the marina. It has a private mooring of 14 m .It is distributed on the ground floor in two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 separate toilet, dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen and porch terrace overlooking the pool and direct access to it. On the upper floor with access from the outside, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large terrace with view on the canal and on the pool. Equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, wifi and private swimming pool. At 10 mntos from the beach of la Rubina, very quiet residential area, ideal for a well deserved rest!
