On the ground floor, you'll find a living and dining area with an open-hearth fireplace, although it is solely for decorative purposes. This area also includes a dining table and satellite TV. From here, you can access the patio. Additionally, there are two bedrooms on this level, each equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 190 cm long.
