It is located 1 minute walk from the beach.
Fully air-conditioned and equipped with WIFI, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an American kitchen, a living / dining room opening onto a very pleasant furnished terrace to enjoy the sun.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle and toaster.
There is a washing machine.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable, with the following organization:

The bathrooms are very functional with a shower, a toilet and a sink.

The living / dining room is comfortably furnished with two large sofas and a coffee table. The dining room has a table that seats 6 people for the meal.

Tourist tourist tax is 1 € per person (from 16 years old) and per day with a maximum of 7 days
Bed linen and towels is not provided. You can rent bed linen in advance. The price is 15€ per person.
Groups of young people under the age of 30 who come to enjoy the nightlife will not feel comfortable in this building.
For the well-being of all and with respect for the neighborhood, we ask our tenants not to organize parties and to stop making noise after 10 p.m.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
