From the living – dining room you will find a staircase that leads to the upper part of the duplex. On the first floor you have a huge bedroom with a balcony and superb views of the canal. (two 90 cm beds next to each other, two 40 x 70 cm pillows). There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine.A cot and a high chair are available on the property.IMPORTANT: the apartment has air conditioning in the dining room and bedroom.
