Another children's room features two bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The ground floor also includes an open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a shower/WC.
On the upper floor, there is another living/dining room with a dining table, satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, providing access to the terrace. One bedroom on this level has a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), TV, and a fan, with direct access to the terrace.
