"The rooms were quite sizable and it was quite quiet. The decor was a little odd and mixture of styles. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had water, fruits and cookies available for free. The bathroom fixtures were dated and the showers were very small. They did change my shower head after the first night because it was spraying out by the side of the handle without me saying anything. The same for my daughter’s room but hers did not get fixed. "This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you. "

"À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. "
