"We found the P.S. to be a very attractive property. Norcia is delightful small city. Staff very pleasant and helpful and professional. Our only challenge was the parking. It is difficult and limited. One must navigate very narrow twisty city streets."

"The hotel was very pleasant. We stayed in a suite and it was very nice. There was no television in the lounge which was weird, only the bedroom. The parking was confusing as you have to park outside of the town and walk in, not a bad walk but if we did not call reception we would never have figured it out. We booked this hotel for the spa but unfortunately they told us we could not use the services, including hot tub or sauna, after a long italian trip we were really hoping for that, as it is advertised as a spa resort, that was disappointing. Overall a beautiful town and nice hotel."

"Such a beautiful property, well maintained with spacious rooms and amazing views. The property is relatively small but is a great find. This is our second visit and we did feel the food was not as good as last time we were here. It is of good quality but we felt it was overpriced and had become too complex, we feel the removal of the buffet breakfast will lead to more waste and was not to our taste."

"This has to be the best Italian Villa we’ve ever stayed in. The Villa has been so highly and tastefully finished and is spotless inside and out. It’s location is to die for, nestled in the most beautiful rural countryside with the most stunning views. The host Gail gave us so much guidance including recommendations of .a local chef who prepared a meal for us at the Villa. This was indeed one of the highlights of our stay. We came here in search of peace and the opportunity to recharge both of which we most certainly got. Thank you and congratulations Gail on giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful villa.
